Looking for Receptionist, Secretary and Office Assistant. Should have good knowledge of MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook. Must be available for interview and join immediately. Fresher also welcome to apply
The individual in this role will be as below.
- Manage and organize records and files
- Prepare relevant reports as needed
- Provide general data entry support and MIS.
- Keep information confidential
- Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
- Comply with data integrity and security policies
- Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Familiarity with administrative duties
- Typing speed and accuracy
- Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Strong attention to detail
- Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Fluency in English is a must
The role entails salary (AED 2,000 – AED 3,000)
