Office Administrator & Sales Marketing Executive – Walk in interview

We are looking for an Office Administrator & Sales marketing executive with corporate administration experience in with the following job responsibilities:

Office Administrator & Sales marketing executive Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Welcoming clients and guests and inform appropriate personnel about their arrival
  • Managing company’s emails, phone calls and other correspondence
  • Prepare company’s documents such as letters, forms and emails
  • Keeping filing system and minutes of the meetings up to date
  • Taking responsibility for reception area and office inventories
  • Organizing meetings, appointments, and travels
  • Managing contracts and price negotiation with office vendors and service providers
  • Filling in KYC forms for banks and service providers
  • Providing necessary reports to the management
  • Generate timely reports and corresponding analysis.
  • Maintain a high level of organization in all administrative tasks.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for the best prices and payment terms
  • Arrange site passes and plan work schedules and delivery program
  • Conduct outdoor sales and marketing activities to promote our financial services to potential clients in shops and offices.
  • Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
  • Work towards achieving set sales targets
  • Provide feedback to the management team about the market trends and competitive offerings.
  • Identifying potential customers or clients, follow up on new leads and referrals to generate business. Achieving the monthly sales targets, assigned to him/her, for various products and services.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers. This includes understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service.
  • Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers daily
  • Lead generation, prospecting, outside sales calls, client visits, email marketing and networking to generate new client meetings to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED2,500.00 – AED5,000.00 per month

Key requirements:

  • Experience 2-5 years
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree
  • Computer literacy and very good knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Excellent spoken and written Arabic, English, Hindi will be considered as an advantage
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong attention to details and good presentation skills
