We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join our team. Desired candidate should meet below Job Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Greeting clients, answering the telephone, and making follow-up calls
  • Preparing correspondence, scheduling meetings
  • Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems
  • Preparing listing materials and posting property listings
  • Managing a client database and preparing reports
  • Assisting with closing processes
  • Performing other duties as assigned
  • Handle multiple real estate and construction projects
  • Maintain and manage client database with details of deals, contracts, and payments
  • Support real estate administrator in handling sales, leasing, and rental activities
  • Keep team members informed about challenges and issues that need to be handled to ensure open lines of communication on the team
  • Strong communication skills both oral and written
  • Must be pleasant and pro-active
  • High level of determination and work ethic
  • Be well presented, well dressed
  • Experience in the Real estate industry is a must
  • IT proficient, comfortable with MS Office and CRM systems
  • Strong English (spoken and written) with further languages an advantage

We will conduct walk-in interviews on 19th Feb 2022 between 3 pm and 5 pm.
