Walk in interview, Accountant Jobs in Dubai UAE. AWS distribution Dubai UAE hiring Assistant Accountant. As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our finance department in various accounting tasks.
You will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial record-keeping, timely processing of transactions, and compliance with relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will be organized, proficient in accounting software, and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable and Receivable:
- Process invoices, expense claims, and payment requests accurately and in a timely manner.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Prepare and issue invoices to customers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- General Ledger Maintenance:
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
- Post journal entries and reconcile accounts as needed.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Bank Reconciliation:
- Reconcile bank statements with internal records to ensure accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues identified during reconciliation.
- Financial Reporting:
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Provide support for budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant accounting standards.
- Maintain organized and accurate financial documentation for audit and regulatory purposes.
- Assistance to Finance Team:
- Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.
- Assist with ad-hoc financial projects and analysis as assigned.
Requirements for Accountant Jobs in Dubai UAE.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in an accounting role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero) and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of relevant accounting principles and regulations.
