AVALON SERVICES DMCC – Avalon Travels are Urgently Hiring for Sales Admin (Accounts Support) Job description for this position is as shown below:

Job Details: 
1. Responsible for Corporate Sales – Tele-Sales & Cold Calling (New Business Generation)
2. Identify new business opportunities with Dubai (UAE Market)
3. Cold calling on daily basis to identify new business opportunities in the market
4. Schedule appointments for Sales Manager to meet with prospective clients
5. Identify the key person and decision maker to meet & fix appointments to generate accounts
6. Build a database of gatekeepers (first point of contact) with full name and title to be used in future communication
7. Collect information about the key person to help the Business Development manager to break the ice in the first meeting (from LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter)
8. Build a healthy pipeline full of valuable opportunities
9. Establish new relationships by researching, adding and developing new clients
10. Follow up with contacted prospects who were unreachable
11. Handle Social Media / Banner Designing -Sales Advertising & Mass Emailing
12. Handle Outbound Visa Work- Schengen US UK Canada Visa Typing.
13. Visa submission with key clients to Embassy/Consulates.
14. Help in payment collections /Outdoor admin assignments.
13. Other requirements will be assigned by the management.

 

Requirements:

.
– Degree – Experience Sales Personal and Tele- Sales experience in UAE
– Working experience or knowledge of Travel Industry/Field will be beneficial
– Should have advanced Word / Excel skills / Design – Making Banners/ Social Media Posting
– Basic knowledge on Travel Industry & Visa Processing – Schengen, UK , US will be valuable
