To constantly monitor and update the project Construction Manager on the labors requirements at site comparing the actual with the work to be executed•
Follow the work program with planning engineer and updating the progress report.
Responsible for the co-ordination and administration of MEP related material, equipment and labors in accordance with the approved material submittal.
• Responsible for the work execution at site, ensuring that approved drawings is being implemented as per the standards.
• To ensure proper and transparent of the actual site work progress to the project construction
Industry background should be from Hospital or Commercial
Attending snags and closely monitoring the NCR closeout.
