The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for clients at the office to give accommodate inquiries related to travel and tourism.
Responsibilities
- Book & Confirming hotel, air, ferry, rail, tour, transfer and other excursions inside and outside the UAE.
- Processing UAE visit visa.
- Scheduling and ensuring the accuracy of transfer, travel and tour services.
- Check daily operations one day before the service and make sure it’s confirmed with supplier.
- Liaising with sales staff and partners regarding the status of reservations.
- Ensuring that all requests are processed within specified time schedule.
- Negotiating rates and researching suitable travel products.
- Maintaining good relationships with partners and ensuring suppliers provide services in line with company guidelines
- Answering clients calls and what’s app messages and responding to any questions effectively.
- Overseeing client itineraries and documents and ensuring prompt delivery
- Assisting with special projects and other duties as assigned by Management.
- Replying to Emergency cases after working hours just in case.
Requirements
- Excellent English language is a MUST.
