We are looking for Service Crew (Waitress/Waitress/customer service) for immediate joining for our Restaurant in Dubai.
Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- Perform all necessary tasks to service food ad beverage according to the SOP.
- Greet and seat customers and serve them in a professional, discreet and personalized way.
- Acquire in depth knowledge of the food and beverage menu of the assigned outlet in order to assist and provide advice to guests.
- Consistently monitor quality of food and beverage being served.
- Practice good customer relations and attend to customer complaints
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
- Work experience (Home Country or Local) as a Waitress for at-least 2 years of in the same industry is preferable.
- Should be ready to work in rotational shift
- Clear communication; effective verbal and written communication skills in Hindi,English and Arabic will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of using POS machine.
- Passionate about serving customers, strong personality, outgoing, attentive to details, career oriented.
- Immediate joiners only. Candidates who are on Visit / Cancelled Visa can apply.
