Job Duties:
- To retain customers and ensure services are provided during the subscription period.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through handling Refund of Services / products & exchanges
- Technical
- Diagnose tech issues and walk customers through the steps needed to fix various problems: (include: SD card / Online Streaming / Tablet repair & services)
- Closely work with the back-end team to ensure issues raised by customers are resolved.
Candidate should also have below Mentoring skills.
- Ensure post sales services (mentoring services) are provided to customers accordingly.
- Arrange mentoring calls as per customer requirement and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Others Respond to customer emails / tickets
- Send weekly report to management
- Happy Calling
- Answer inbound calls as and when it comes through.
Candidate should also be good at sales and have some skills in sales, and Candidate should hold Sales Tactics. Candidates

Salary: AED3,500.00 to AED4,500.00 /month
