Urgently required   Receptionist/Admin for a Real Estate company in Business Bay. Candidates meeting the below Job description are invited to attend the interview:

Duties & Responsibilities include:

  • Handling the front office.
  • Handling inquiries, monitoring published Ads and co-ordination.
  • Monitoring Listings, e-mails and responding on a timely manner.
  • Handling all property listing related matters.
  • Provide management and sales teams with regular overview of such listings.
  • Ensuring that listings are visible & updated regularly
  • Meeting / Greeting Visitors
  • Delegating Calls & Inquiries
  • Managing Office Records
  • Preparing Reports.

Qualifications:

  • Pleasant, well-groomed personality.
  • Should be fluent in written & spoken English.
  • Proficient in internet and Microsoft office applications.
  • Familiar in using CRM and Property Portals
  • Should have minimum 1 year experience in real estate industry.
  • Relevant work experience in property listing.
  • A good team player, hardworking and sincere
  • Must be professional in answering all incoming calls and handling caller inquiries.
