We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized Receptionist cum Admin Assistant to be the first point of contact for our company. This role combines front-desk responsibilities with administrative support tasks.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role within the real estate industry and will be responsible for managing office operations, handling client inquiries, and providing essential support to our team.

Key Responsibilities:  Reception Duties:

  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Administrative Support:

  • Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record keeping.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Handle office supplies and inventory management, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
  • Support the team with document preparation and client communication.
  • Process and manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Client Interaction:

  • Address client inquiries and provide information about our services and real estate offerings.
  • Assist with client onboarding and follow-up, ensuring a positive client experience.
  • Coordinate with property managers and sales teams to facilitate client needs and requests.

Office Management:

  • Monitor and manage office operations, including maintaining office equipment and coordinating repairs as needed.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role within the real estate industry.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or relevant certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office equipment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with real estate management software or CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of UAE real estate regulations and practices.
  • Multilingual abilities are an advantage.

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month

DUBAI: 2+ years UAE experience required

Days: Monday to Saturday

Time: 11 am 4 pm
