  • Customer Service Experience
  • With Sales Experience
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • With background handling complaints
  • Has knowledge with computer or with experience in admin tasks

Job Description

  • Generate customer interest in the services and products by communicating all special offers, promotions, new classes, new subjects and new branches to the customers.
  • Make outbound calls to leads and requests from customers via email, WhatsApp, social media, website and telephone. Respond to all queries.
  • Contact all leads and inquiries received, for the pre-opening of new branches.
  • Meet and exceed all pre-defined targets and KPIs within the set time frame

Salary: From AED 3,500 per month

DATE: 8 and 9 January 2024

TIME: 9:30 am to 12:00 pm

Location: Mazaya Business Avenue – Tower AA1, JLT, Dubai – Room 1001, 10th floor
