Office Boy is responsible for performing day to day administrative tasks. Mainly, he/she has to manage office supplies, equipment and furniture. He/she also has to manage documents and files of SPFC. It is their duty to provide support to the staff by rendering job related tasks within and outside company as assigned by the staff.

Responsibilities:

  • To monitor the use of supplies, computers and equipment within the office
  • To ensure that office, office equipment and furniture is clean
  • To make and serve coffee and tea to guests and employees
  • o help in setting up projectors and laptops during the meetings
  • To record documents in files as per the instructions of supervisors and managers
  • To collect parcels from couriers and distribute them to concerned person
  • To deliver facsimiles and transmit them
  • To laminate, photo-copy and bind documents according to the requests of employees
  • To procure daily grocery for office use
  • To Perform daily bank activities of cheque deposits and clearance
  • To Perform other administrative tasks as per instructions from manager.

Requirements:

  • Good in English communication skills
  • Basic Computer skills
  • Age limit 22-35
