Walk-in interview urgently hiring for Office Administrators. We invite candidates who meet below Job descriptions for a open recruitment career day, to be conducted at office location shown below.

Admin Job Descriptions:

  • Creating tenancy contracts, generating moving out reports when a tenant is vacating from the apartment.
  • Liaising with maintenance team to order materials for renovation work on time and the cost efficiently.
  • Informing tenants when tenancy contracts expire in advance in order to do renewals in a timely process.
  • Book keeping skills, excel mostly and saving documents in a organized manner.
  • Good communication skills required in English, additional languages are a bonus.
  • Negotiation skills and ability to gain clients is a plus as we work on commission based per flat rented, more will be discussed in person.

Contract length: 24 months

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: AED4,000.00 – AED4,500.00 per month
