We are Urgently Looking for Sales Merchandisers. Candidates With 2 to 3 years of Work experience preferably from FMCG Food (Fast Moving consumer goods) experience are encourage to join in walk in interview.
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our FMCG Food Division.
The role involves ensuring optimal product presentation, stock availability, and customer engagement to maximize sales.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute product displays to attract and engage customers.
- Ensure shelves are properly stocked and products are well-presented.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify trends and customer preferences.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff.
- Provide feedback on product performance and customer feedback.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser in the FMCG sector is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
