1. Guest Service Agent
Key Responsibilities:
- To great smile and welcome guests to the hotel
- To provide an efficient and friendly check-in according to company directives
- To handle guest request ensuring that all matters are dealt with efficiently and promptly taking preference over administrative task
- To inform all relevant departments regarding special guest requests
- To be fully aware of hotel room rates, availability, promotions, services and facilities.
- To be fully aware of the hotel’s selling status in order to maximize room occupancy, average room rates and addition revenue.
- To act efficiently as a general cashier as detailed in the FO SOP manual.
- To take reservations for accommodation according to company policy.
2. Commi-I, Demi chef De Partie (Hot Kitchen)
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure personal cleanliness and proper discipline of all employees at all times.
- Instruct kitchen hands to carry goods from receiving area or store kitchen.
- Keep record of new items and recipes and train kitchen hands.
- Ensure cleanliness of refrigerators in section for which responsible.
- Maintain working areas, clean and tidy.
- Ensure mise-en-place is prepared according to supervisor’s instructions.
- Maintain food & beverages hygiene.
- Ensure any dishes prepared by self or kitchen hands or trainers are up to the hotels standards set by the head Chef.
- Maintain preparation standards.
- Assist in the preparation of food for the staff canteen.

3. Laundry Attendant/Laundry Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the pickup and delivery of guest’s laundry and dry cleaning.
- Check and mark all items. Wash and press laundry.
- Take charge of uniforms and linen and monitor their movements to and from the laundry contractor.

4. Painter/General Technician/AC Technician
Must Have Good Communication Skills
Salary: Negotiable (Depending on your experience and position)
Must have minimum 2 to 3 years’ UAE experience in 4 star & 5 star Hotel Industry in the same filed
Must have dynamic & Presentable personality.
