Extreme sports trading LLC are urgently hiring Receptionist, Secretary/Front Desk . Candidates who meet below requirements are invited:

Job Role

  • Answering phone calls and taking down messages.
  • Responsible for maintaining a pleasant and orderly front desk the environment at all times.
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation.
  • Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
  • Handling of guests and walk-in queries.
  • Handling of mails and courier
  • Meeting rooms management.
  • Assist with processing invoices for all HR and office related expenses.
  • General office maintenance and day-to-day facility management.
  • Responsible for office facility and housekeeping (supervision of cleaners).
  • Ordering and maintaining stock for office equipment, stationery and pantry supplies.


  • Position: Receptionist, Secretary/Front Desk
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in a similar role
  • Joining: Immediate
