Extreme sports trading LLC are urgently hiring Receptionist, Secretary/Front Desk . Candidates who meet below requirements are invited:
Job Role
- Answering phone calls and taking down messages.
- Responsible for maintaining a pleasant and orderly front desk the environment at all times.
- Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation.
- Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
- Handling of guests and walk-in queries.
- Handling of mails and courier
- Meeting rooms management.
- Assist with processing invoices for all HR and office related expenses.
- General office maintenance and day-to-day facility management.
- Responsible for office facility and housekeeping (supervision of cleaners).
- Ordering and maintaining stock for office equipment, stationery and pantry supplies.
Requirements
- Position: Receptionist, Secretary/Front Desk
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in a similar role
- Joining: Immediate
- Excellent communication skills
- Pleasant Personality
- Professional attitude
