Hatta Outdoor Hiring for Front Desk Receptionist Jobs in Dubai. We are looking to employ receptionists who will manage the flow of public who are looking for advice and/or purchasing tickets for Hatta Outdoors’s portfolio of premier adventurous attractions.

Reporting to Senior Management and assisted by colleagues the Receptionist will share responsibility for the smooth running and delivery of Hatta Outdoors’s operations.

Responsibilities

• Follow clear operating procedures.
• Meet and greet customers.
• Give advice on attractions and their suitability for users.
• Confirm user suitability in terms of height, weight, and age.
• Ensure user disclaimer forms are accurate and signed.
• Take booking and maintain calendars.
• Report bookings to relevant departments.
• Take payments and issue receipts and wristbands.
• Answer telephone calls.
• Deliver outstanding customer service.
• Manage customer complaints.
• Reply to email and social media questions.
• Other relevant duties the organization might require.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Personable, outgoing and a team player.
• Confident, friendly, polite and a professional manner.
• Experience of working in a customer service environment is preferred.
• Accurate numeracy and a good level of information technology skills.
• A great communicator who loves working with people.
• Reliable, flexible, and hardworking.
