Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Updating customer database by inputting information from each call/touch point and keeping every customer field updated in CRM.
2. Collaborating with the relevant departments to develop efficient methods for handling customer issues/complaints.
3. Working on customized support solutions for enhanced customer experience.
4. Monitoring customer satisfaction levels and developing methods for increasing them.
5. Assisting in creating ways for delivering excellent customer service to dissatisfied or problematic customers.
6. Ensuring streamlined communication channel between customer and customer services.
7. Actively participating in revenue growth by exciting clients to procure additional Skylines products and/or upgrade VAT services.
8. Engaging in reactionary requests from back office and executing the same with correct and timely manner.
9. Maintaining and ensuring customer service language i.e. commitment to solutions.
10. Addressing walk-in customers 
11. Updating with regular news/updates/articles from FTA – Federal Tax Authority UAE and communicating the same with customers.
12. Transferring all approval related request to immediate manager in proper communication format.
