Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative the main responsibilities include:
– Providing inbound and outbound service to customers/clients/vendors answering questions and concerns.
– Provide exceptional customer service over the phone, personal and through via email.
– Basic accounting task including: generating statements, invoice etc.
-Excellent phone manner with strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure and maintaining professionalism at the times.
– Working in fast paced.
-Other admin duties as required: Scanning, sorting, filing, printing


THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS STRONG COMPUTER SKILLS, INTERNET, MS OFFICE WITH EMPHASIS ON MS EXCEL.
