The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to confirmed clients to provide a training on how to use company software/application. The candidate will be fully responsible to ensure client has received an overall training and is ready to use the software/application.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Making outbound calls to a targeted set of clients/suppliers and train them on how to use company application/software.
- Assisting the clients on issues around the usage of the application/software, answering their queries and follow up where necessary
- Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Researching required information using available resources.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problems.
- Providing customers with the organization’s service and product information.
- Processing forms, orders, and applications requested by the customers.
- Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the high-level management.
- Following up complicated customer calls where required.
- Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM.
- Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.
- Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
- Managing administration, communicating and coordinating with internal departments.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education& skillset
- Graduate in any field or relevant educational certificate.
- Excellent data entry and typing skills
- Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge on Microsoft.
- Must be able to handle customer escalations and difficult calls.
- Must be comfortable working in high pressure environment.
- Must be confident while speaking over the phone.
- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
- Proficiency in at least 2 of the languages: English, Hindi, Urdu, Malayalam, Tagalog is a Plus
Work Experience
- 0 to 15 months of working experience in customer service/call center or similar field.
