Job Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Will be the point of contact for the sales team & customer by providing feedback on demand and information
  • Ensuring the accuracy of sales related documents and flexibility
  • Responsible for after-sales support
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
  • Ensure adherence to laws and policies

  • Proven experience in customer service (freshers also can apply)
  • ;Good computer skills (MS Office)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • A team player with high level of dedication

Requirements(only visa holders-Father/Husband/own

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED2,000.00 to AED3,000.00 /month

Experience:

  • call center: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
