Job Responsibilities
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Will be the point of contact for the sales team & customer by providing feedback on demand and information
- Ensuring the accuracy of sales related documents and flexibility
- Responsible for after-sales support
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Ensure adherence to laws and policies

- Proven experience in customer service (freshers also can apply)
- ;Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Proficiency in English
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- A team player with high level of dedication
Requirements(only visa holders-Father/Husband/own

Salary: AED2,000.00 to AED3,000.00 /month
Experience:
- call center: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
