Walk in interview Location: Mint Middle East LLC - Jumeirah
As a Customer care execuive, You will be resposible for the following:
- Resolving customer queries
- Responsible for providing customer with account balance and card status.
- Prepare Account balance report (PBF)Providing transaction history to customers as per request
- Providing customers with account statements
- Attending to walk customers with queries related to cards and payroll(WPS).
- Handling reception calls when required.
- Coordinating with sales and operations for MOL letter to companies blocked
- Creating account closure request on daily basis and forwarding the same to the concern department.
- Processed card blocking request on the information provided by the customer
- Resolving internal queries from camp executives.
- Recording the call log sheet
Walk in interview: Sunday to Thursday From 10am to 4pm
Office 101-105, Prime Business Center, Building B, Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubai, UAE
