Requirement: An English speaker that is customer focused, energetic, and online savvy digital sales agent with over 3 years of experience in selling company products and services online and through telephone calls. The candidate needs to possess the ability to follow-up with customers and convince them with company offerings via a well-prepared pitch and offering tailor made to their requirement. The ideal candidate will need to deploy the right customer centric tactics in order to truly improve customer perception, identify areas of opportunity for improvement within the existing process, and build up a more efficient way of handling customers.

Description:
Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and manage over 60 customer follow-ups per day, and achieve a conversion ratio of at least 15% successfully and consistently.
  • Record all updated customer data, feedback, and offerings.
  • Achieve company’s assigned sales targets, conversion metrics, and profitability goals.
  • Work closely with various departments necessary to complete the customer transaction including sales, purchasing, finance, and quality inspection.
