We are Calling for a Walk-in interview Hiring for the position of Call Center Agents/Customer service Representatives. Candidates who meet Job requirements are invited for the walk in interview.

Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities

  • Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Handling customer inquiries both over the phone and by email
  • Managing and resolving customer complaints
  • providing customers with product and service information
  • Recording new customer information into system
  • updating existing customer information
  • Processing orders, forms and applications
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues
  • Route calls to appropriate resource
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Complete call logs
  • Produce call reports
