Hiring Company:
Reliable Automatic Doors Systems is a Dubai based company dealing with automation products Installation and services. We are urgently looking for Administrative Office Assistant.
Key Roles:
- Documentation work,
- Quote Preparation,
- Maintaining local log book,
- Scheduling daily site survey,
- Attending phone calls at reception desk,
- Communicating with clients,
- Communicating with company’s technical team and Reporting to Management
Qualifications :
- Fluency in English to communicate with our valuable Clients ( Mandatory ),
- Experience in Basic Applications including MS Office, Excel, Outlook ( Mandatory ),
- Autocad ( Preferred ) ,
- Tally ( Preferred )

Office Hours are from 8:00 to 17:00. Sunday to Thursday and 8:00 to 14:00 on Saturdays
