Administrative Office Assistant -walk-in interview

Hiring Company:

Reliable Automatic Doors Systems is a Dubai based company dealing with automation products Installation and services. We are urgently looking for Administrative Office Assistant. 

Key Roles:

  • Documentation work,
  • Quote Preparation,
  • Maintaining local log book,
  • Scheduling daily site survey,
  • Attending phone calls at reception desk,
  • Communicating with clients,
  • Communicating with company’s technical team and Reporting to Management

Qualifications :

  • Fluency in English to communicate with our valuable Clients ( Mandatory ),
  • Experience in Basic Applications including MS Office, Excel, Outlook ( Mandatory ),
  • Autocad ( Preferred ) ,
  • Tally ( Preferred )

Office Hours are from 8:00 to 17:00. Sunday to Thursday and 8:00 to 14:00 on Saturdays
