- Performs outbound calls to newly acquired customers to verify the product or service by following a prepared script to give product reference information
- Act as a sales consultant to advice customers to the right service they are looking for processed and give them the service details.
- Updates knowledge of company products and procedures to offer a higher quality of sales experience to the prospect customers and reduce the complaints & Cancellation.
- Prepare daily Calls report and customer database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
- Handling all customers with courtesy and professionalism. establishing and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction in all interactions
- Remain informed and up to date with regards to Industry related news, Opposition activity, product knowledge, attending meetings /trainings and continuously strive to develop own skills and knowledge in order to perform optimally
