Qualifications & Requirements: Candidates applying for the skilled construction positions should ideally meet the following requirements.

• Relevant 2–5+ years of hands-on construction experience, depending on the position.
• Previous experience in building construction, civil works, finishing, fit-out or waterproofing projects is an advantage.
• Candidates for Foreman positions should have proven experience supervising construction teams and coordinating daily site activities.
• ITI, Diploma or technical certification in Civil Engineering, Construction, Building Finishing or a related trade is an advantage for skilled and supervisory positions.
• Strong understanding of construction site safety, PPE requirements and safe working practices.
• Good communication, teamwork and problem-solving skill
