Responsibilities:
- Inspect and diagnose technical issues in electronic products.
- Perform repairs, adjustments, and replacements of faulty components.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and service activities.
- Provide technical support to customers and answer their queries.
- Collaborate with the service team to improve processes and efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Service Technician in the electronics industry.
- Strong technical skills in troubleshooting and repairing electronic products.
- Attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
- Diploma or relevant certification in Electronics or a related field.
