PRT Electronics Trading LLC is an authorized channel partner of Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company P.J.S.C (DU Telecom). The company is currently in need of hiring Receptionist / HR Officer / Office Admin for its Dubai main Office.

Basic Job requirements:

  • The candidate should have at least 2 to 4 experience in the following.
  • should have sufficient experience in HR, Recruitment and selection
  • With thorough knowledge of UAE labor laws
  • Should have sufficient experience in the processing of employees monthly payroll and WPS.

Basic Job Description

  • Assist in performance management processes
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
  • She should have experience in general office administration and customers handling.
  • With experience in answering the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct offices
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience in dealing with complaints or problems

Salary fixed: AED 5000 depending upon experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 per month

Experience: Receptionist: 2 years (Preferred)

Duty Timing: 10;00 am to 6:00 Pm from Monday to Saturday

Interview Timings: From Monday to Friday 1 p.m to 5 pm

Walk-in Interview Location: Office no. 108, Bank Street Building, Near Burjman Metro Station Exit 03, Dubai.
