Hiring Company: SAVVA ALL DAY LOUNGE Dubai
We are looking for Head barista with minimum 4 years experience, who is well spoken, energetic, enthusiastic, & a fast learner. We have a team-oriented work environment and need individuals who are motivated to excel and to educate customers about our products.
Responsibilities:
- Promotes coffee consumption by educating customers; selling coffee and coffee grinding and brewing equipment, accessories, and supplies; preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, along with pastries and cookies.
- Gives excellent and friendly customer service
- Prepares and sells coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks, such as,caffe latte ,espresso, espresso lungo, and cappuccino.
- Maintains inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply; stocking coffee brewing equipment; maintaining supplies, pastries, and cookies for coffee bar.
- Provides high-level of coffee service during busy hours
- Up keeping our high cleanliness standards, maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
- Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; implementing changes; maintaining and improving the appearance of the store and coffee bar.
- Enhances coffee shop reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to AED3,500.00 per month
Experience: BARISTA: 4 years (Preferred)
