As a Telesales Representative at iWA Properties, you will play a crucial role in generating sales leads and converting prospects into clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Initiating outbound sales calls to potential clients.
- Providing information on available properties and real estate services.
- Qualifying leads and identifying potential buyers or renters.
- Scheduling property viewings and appointments for the sales team.
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and lead status.
- Achieving weekly and monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in telesales or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with real estate or property-related sales is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM software or sales tracking tools.
