- AC Technician
- Plumber
- Electrician
- MEP Engineer
Job Requirements:
- Candidates with ITI Certificate is required.
- Candidates with minimum of 3 years of experience working in high-rise towers in Dubai.
- Candidates on visit visa or cancelled visa will be given preference.
- Immediate availability required.
MEP Engineer
- Preferred candidates with Degree Holder in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- Candidates with 5 to 8 years of experience in high-rise buildings and FM companies in Dubai.
- Knowledge of safety requirements, compliance and building regulations
- CFM, PMP, OSHA or similar certifications are an advantage
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, civil and fit-out works
- Understanding of building automation systems and preventive maintenance
- Experience dealing with vendors, contractors and service providers
- Only candidates with cancelled visa or visit visa are eligible to apply.
- Immediate availability preferred.
