Job Description:
- Responsible for hunting new and existing business customers for Telecom
- Involved in outdoor / cold calling sales activities.
- Tracking, analyzing and understanding customer business and buying criteria.
- Managing entire sales cycle including customer profiling, account planning and lead generation.
- Effectively managing negotiations with the clients, finalizing proposals, contracts’ and closing orders.
- Manage and explore current and new accounts in the prescribed area allotted by the manager.
- Focus on customer retention by lowering churn rate, amplifying sales through trending techniques, thereby adhering to the company’s sales targets.
- Manage typical conversion rate, sales call, revenue, and other reports in a precise manner for accurate evaluation.
- Interact with the customer for product offering, brand awareness on time to time basis by meetings and calls.
Required Skills:
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- Proven track record of maintaining professional ethics through the portrayal of exemplary soft skills.
- Excellent command of soft skills and a deep understanding of sales values and principles.
- Ability to prioritize targets as per the requirements set forth by the company.
- Proven command on improving conversion rate through modern communication channels and impressive presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to forge long-lasting work relationships by leveraging information, tactics, and excellent communication.
Job Details: Salary based on experience 2500-3500aed depending upon experience plus incentives plus visa ( the role is target based, the salary range will be based on your monthly target achievement and salary justification)
