Office Administrator/HR assistant Walk In interview

Walk-in interview hiring for Office Administrator/HR assistant. Desired candidate should  have Admin and HR assistant experience in UAE. Real Estate experience will be considered as an advantage.

Requirements:

  • Must be fluent with MS OFFICE and basic computer knowledge.
  • Should be aware about Portal Listing & CRM listing
  • Should know basic HR & Admin Responsibilities.
  • Should be able to attend clients in a proper manner.
  • Should be able to manage employee records
  • Updating databases internally, such as sick and maternity leave
  • Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides
  • Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance
  • Communicating with external partners
  • Reporting regularly on HR metrics, such as company turnover
  • Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries
  • Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, i.e. holiday and sick days taken
  • Helping with various arrangements internally, from travel to processing expenses

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
