Basic Job Qualifications and Requirements.
- Candidates with previous experience preferred
- Effective communication skills

- At least 1-2 years work experience from a similar background
- Good working knowledge of water supply, heating, and ventilation systems.
- Proficiency in using plumbing tools.
- Candidates willingness to work across facilities management sites.
- Good interpersonal skills and patience.
