- Waiters /Waitress
- Housekeeping Agents
- Commiss I, II, III.
- Kitchen staff & Stewards
- Customer service
- Bellboy
- Hostess
- Security Guards/cctv operators
Qualifications
- Advanced level certificate in any of the above Job categories
- Effective communication skills
- Good Inter-personal skills and can able provide excellent customer service.
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Ability to understand guest needs and to deliver superior customer service.
- Ability to work long hours with a strong focus on operational excellence.
- Ability to understand the flow of service and handle multiple tasks effectively is preferred.
