Qualifications
- Advanced level certificate in any of the above Job categories
- Effective communication skills
- Good Inter-personal skills and able to provide excellent customer service.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Ability to understand guest needs and to deliver superior customer service.
- Can work long hours with a strong focus on operational excellence.
- Ability to understand the flow of service and handle multiple tasks effectively is preferred.
