Hiring Company: AL BADA MODERN KOREAN RESTAURANT
We are a Korean restaurant located inside the Novotel suites hotel Barsha Dubai. We will be conducting a walk in interview for Restaurant staff Hiring for below mentioned Job categories:
Key Responsibilities:
Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation of various Korean ingredients, including slicing, dicing, and marinating. Follow established recipes and portion sizes to maintain quality and consistency.
Cooking Assistance: Support the kitchen team in cooking dishes, grilling meats, and preparing side dishes. Ensure that all dishes are prepared to meet our restaurant’s high standards.
Stock Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels of food items, ensuring freshness and minimizing waste. Notify the Chef or Manager when supplies need replenishing.
Kitchen Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace. Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation standards, including regular handwashing and the proper handling of food.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the culinary team, including chefs and fellow culinary assistants, to ensure a smooth flow of operations during peak dining hours.
Quality Control: Assist in quality control measures, such as taste-testing dishes, presentation checks, and adjusting seasonings as necessary.
Customer Service: Occasionally interact with customers to answer questions about the menu, ingredients, or provide recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment
- Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the restaurant’s culinary standards and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.
