  • Assistant Bar Manager

  • Duty Manager
  • Demi Chef de Partie
  • Italian Chef de Partie

Main Responsibilities include:

  • Providing excellent wait service to ensure satisfaction.
  • Taking customer orders and delivering food and beverages.
  • Making menu recommendations, answering questions and sharing additional information with restaurant patrons.
  • Ensuring the hotel remain clean and neat
  • Be committed to being a team player; proactively cooperating and supporting colleagues in operational tasks.
  • Candidates with experience with Hospitality experience & Food safety desired.
  • Effective communication and Active listening skills.
  • Equivalent degree/diploma holders education background.
  • Excellent Problem solving skills.
  • At least 2 years work experience from a similar background
