Job Qualifications & Requirements:
- Previous experience in Facility Management, MEP, HVAC, or related technical fields.
- Good troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Security Guard applicants must possess a valid SIRA License.
- Candidates who can join immediately will have an added advantage.
