Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell personal loan and credit card products from top UAE banks
• Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and customer referrals
• Understand client financial needs and offer suitable products
• Achieve and exceed assigned monthly sales targets
• Maintain high standards of customer service and follow-up
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in personal loan or credit card sales within the UAE
• Strong knowledge of banking products, sales techniques, and compliance standards
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets
• Must be currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately or on short notice
