Job Requirements & Qualifications :
ECH Operator
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating Reach Truck and Forklift.
- Valid UAE Driving License No. 8.
- Age below 43 years.
Electrician
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Facility Management company.
- Valid UAE Driving License No. 3.
- Good communication skills.
Plumber
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Facility Management company.
- Valid UAE Driving License No. 3.
- Good communication skills.
Carpenter
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Facility Management company.
- Valid UAE Driving License No. 3.
- Good communication skills.
Painter
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Facility Management company.
- Valid UAE Driving License No. 3.
- Good communication skills.
HVAC Technician
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Facility Management company.
- Valid UAE Driving License No. 3.
- Good communication skills.
MEP Technician
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Facility Management company.
- Valid UAE Driving License No. 3.
- Good communication skills.
Pump & Mechanical Technicians
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Facility Management company.
- Valid UAE Driving License No. 3.
- Good communication skills.
Housekeeping/General Cleaners (Male Only)
- Minimum 1 year of cleaning experience.
- Basic communication skills.
- Age below 38 years.
Truck Driver
- Minimum 2 years of truck driving experience.
- Valid UAE Driving License No. 4.
- Age below 43 years.
HVAC VRF Technician
- With minimum of 2 years of experience in Facility Management company.
- Must hold a valid UAE driving license number 3.
- With have good communication skills.
HVAC Electrical
- Candidates with minimum of 2 years of experience in Facility Management company.
- Must hold a valid UAE driving license number 3.
- With good communication skills.
HVAC – Chiller Specialist
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Facility Management company.
- should have a valid UAE driving license number 3.
- Candidates with good communication skills.
Electronics Technician
- Candidates with minimum of 2 years of experience in Facility Management company.
- Valid UAE driving license number 3.
- Should have good communication skills.
HVAC VRF Technician
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Facility Management company.
- Candidates must hold a valid UAE driving license number 3.
- With good communication skills.
Good Receiving & Material Handling
- Candidates with experience in material handling/shop floor.
- Candidates with hands-on experience using SAP for warehouse/material handling activities.
- Must be currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately.
- Should have a valid UAE forklift license.
- Age bracket must be less than 43 years old.
Aircraft Cleaners
- Candidates must be able to read, understand and write in English.
- Candidates with minimum of 1 year of cleaning experience.
- Age bracket must be less than 38 years old.
Bus Driver
- Age bracket must be between 25 to 39 years old.
- Candidates must have 2 years of UAE experience and 2 years of valid UAE driving license category 5 and 6.
- EPT Level 2+.
- Candidates with 1 year+ experience certificate.
Cargo Agent
- Age bracket must be between 25 to 39 years old.
- EPT Level 2+.
- Candidates must be able to operate handheld devices.
- Candidates with good in computation/reading.
- Candidates with logistics or aviation background.
Tractor Driver
- Age bracket must be between 25 to 39 years old.
- Candidates must hold a valid UAE driving license category 3.
- EPT Level 2+.
- Candidates able to use a handheld terminal (HHT).
- Candidates with 1 year+ experience certificate.
Forklift Operator
- Age bracket must be between 25 to 39 years old.
- EPT Level 2+.
- Candidates must hold a valid UAE driving license category 7 and 8.
- Candidates with good in computation/reading.
- Candidates with logistics or aviation background.
Job Requirements:
Visa Type: Preferred candidate on a visit or cancelled visa for immediate Joining.
