we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and customer oriented inside Sale Executive, The job holder is responsible to built and maintain strong relationship with costumers to convince and provide financial products and services.
the objective is to help company to grow by bringing in more customers and having
minimum 1 year of banking experience in outdoor sales , preferable in credit cards and loans products.
Responsibilities:
- Candidate should be well versed with regulatory compliance, internal policies and procedures .
- Candidate should have the ability to achieve and exceed sales target every month.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
- Ability to work independently and as part of team in collaborative work environment.
- Should be outgoing and dynamic.
- Ensure total compliance as as per the norms and regulatory standard.
- Ensure customer satisfaction approval process and lending solutions to follow up on a regular basis to turn proposals into closures.
- Conduct calls and face to face meetings with costumer daily.
Requirements:
- Preferred male/female .
- Outdoor sales experience
- Language: fluent in English.
- Attractive remuneration Offred.
