Requirements:
- Must have experience in Off-plan projects.
- Arranging viewing of properties to potential Clients;
- Ability to achieve targets and work independently
- Build good working relationships among Brokers and Clients.
- Keep up to date with new launches and project
- Develops and maintains an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the property market, current trends, and market conditions in Dubai
- Conducting and searching for the optimal solution in the interest of the Client
- Customer support at all stages of the transaction
Preferred Skills:
- Good negotiation, strong sales & communication skills
- Perseverance and initiative
- Well-versed in English is a must, other languages are an added advantage
