The primary role of the outdoor sales executive is to build business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients, and to meet and exceed performance sales target on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Ensure fast placement of all products/services in all assigned geography.
- Ensuring retail outlets expansion & development.
- Ensuring good relation with the assigned accounts and ensuring maximum counter share for our products.
- Ensuring timely collections of payment from each retail outlets.
- Ensuring product knowledge for self and the assigned retail outlets.
- Ensuring timely submission of accurate reports, purchase orders & collections.
- Ensuring to identify Customer Needs and Challenges
The Role Holder must have below qualities:
- Must be an Active listener
- Must possess closing skills
- Must be keen to make Sales and go beyond the assigned targets
- Must be able to manage Territory assigned
- Must have Market Knowledge
- Should have team building and leadership skills
- Must have good communication skills and computer knowledge

Salary: AED2,000.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
Experience – 1yr or above sales experience
Salary Slab – 2000 AED to 3500 AED + Commissions
