More Ideas General Trading LLC – Dubai are urgently hiring for Customer service (Operations Executive) to be Part of the World’s most valuable Edtech – Byjus- the Learning app. Candidates with below experience are welcome for the interview
1. To retain customers (who requests refund) and ensure services are provided during the subscription period.
2. Ensure customer satisfaction through handling Refund of Services / products & exchanges
3. Diagnose tech issues and walk customers through the steps needed to fix various problems: ((includes: SD card / Online Streaming / Tablet repair & services))
4. Closely work with the back-end team to ensure issues raised by customers are resolved.
5. Ensure post sales services (mentoring services) are provided to customers accordingly.
6. Arrange mentoring calls as per customer requirement and ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Respond to customer emails / tickets
8. Tablet repair & services
9. Send weekly reports to management
