Walk in interview: Customer Service & Control Room

Hiring Company:

Royal Smart Limousine invites qualified candidates to apply for this position. We need smart candidates to represent our company. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using Microsoft office software’s, good customer service skills, is detail oriented and familiar with administrative task. Candidates applying must have 1+ years of experience in a similar position and having an IT background will be an advantage.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

· Act as the point of reference for guests who need assistance or information and attend to their wishes and requirements

· Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

· Follow up on trip until completion; receive customer feedback

· Maintain extensive knowledge of our services and business

· Respond to chauffeur queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat

· Work as a team and helping in all the activities

· Follow up to the chauffeur complaints/queries/requests and emergencies

· Rechecking mails and updating mails

· Updating about trip details before 2 hours to chauffeurs

· Strict follow up with chauffeurs during the trip


· Minimum 2 years customer service or control room experience preferably in limousine or transportation sector

· Fluent in English.

· Basic data entry skills and familiarity with administrative duties

· Familiarity with MS office and basic computer skills
