JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Experience of at least a year in tele-sales in service industry.
- Provide information and product knowledge to the customer.
- Close sales deals.
- Maintain a record of calls and relevant details.
- Update customer details on the database.
- Contact potential and existing customers.
- Build and maintain a rapport with the clients.
- Prepare sales report.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stay professional and focused in stressful situations.
- Proficient in English.
- Outstanding negotiation skills as well as the capacity to settle the problems and grievances of clients.
- Calm and capable of handling rejection.
