Learnovate Training Center is looking to hire Telesales Representatives to join our team immediately. We have open positions to be filled on a urgent basis.
No appointments needed. Candidates who meet the minimum requirements are welcome to directly attend the interviews.
- Contacting potential students through phone calls to promote our various courses and programs
- Qualifying leads and enquiring about their learning needs, budget, and timeline
- Presenting course details and benefits to persuade customers to enroll
- Answering queries about fees, payment options, certifications, etc.
- Following up with leads and converting them into enrollments
- Maintaining detailed records of call activities and reports
- Achieving monthly sales targets through effective outbound calling
Requirements:
Communication Skills
- Speaks English clearly and confidently
- Able to build rapport over phone
- Handles objections politely
Product Knowledge
- Familiar with our course offerings
- Able to present benefits to customers
- Understands USPs and selling points

- Asks relevant questions to understand customer needs

- Makes compelling product pitch

Experience
- 1-2 years in sales/telecalling

We are looking for motivated individuals who want to join our winning team. On the job training will be provided. Compensation includes a basic salary plus commission on sales.

Salary: AED2,000.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
