We are currently looking for Telemarketing Executive candidates to join our team of professionals in Dubai UAE. All interested candidates who meet below Job Responsibilities and Requirements are invited for a walk in interview at location shown below.
Responsibilities:
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Answer questions about products/services of the company
- Probe customers with right questions to understand their requirement
- Creating a want in the customers of our products/services
- Direct prospects to the sales team
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Go the extra mile to meet target and facilitate future sales
- Keep a record of calls and submit daily report to the reporting manager
Requirements:
- Candidate should be multilingual and possess excellent communication skills
- Should have proven experience in telemarketing
- Proven record of achieving targets and should be a go-getter
- Should be highly enthusiastic and proactive
- Ability to handle rejection
- Ability to work under pressure
- Should be ambitious and eager to earn more & more incentives
- Ready to work in rotational shifts
- Minimum one year of experience in similar industry
